*19 *Chicken nuggets in the hot holding unit temped at 122 degrees F. The cabinet ambient temperature was observed at 158 degrees F. The facility voluntarily reheated the chicken nuggets for proper hot holding.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
36 *Rodent-like droppings were observed on the floor in the dry storage room. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Submit the next routine professional pest control report to the Department within 10 business days.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 10/23/2024
37 *Ready to eat apples are not protected, while offered for self service. The facility began wrapping fruit to provide protection.
